Kumroh Logistics has been a trailblazer in expanding Pakistani e-commerce globally. As part of this effort, Kumroh has reached another milestone by launching a Payment Gateway Solution, enabling prepaid payments to minimize order cancellations. As the first courier company to offer this service, Kumroh provides both integration and customized payment options to support its clients.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Merchant Fee: 4.5% per transaction.
- Integration Fee: Rs 10,000 (One-time) – Covers gateway installation on the website and a customized payment link option on the portal.

- The integration fee is a one-time charge.
- The Payment Gateway Solution is exclusively for e-commerce businesses.
- Parcels will be dispatched within three working days.
- In the event of a dispute, Kumroh Logistics reserves the right to refund the amount to the customer, while any transaction fees will be borne by the client.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content, substance, and intent of this agreement.
- Both parties mutually agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless against any losses, expenses, costs, damages, or refund claims arising from this financial transaction.
- Any complaints from either party must be submitted via email and will not be accepted verbally.
